Fill in your name and the list of the people in your group, click "submit". It will email us your request as well as the other people in that room. Check back later and we will post it to the website. 3) Be sure to communicate with your roomates before the conference. 4) If at all possible, talk/email others and get a room of 6 set up by Feb 22nd. If not, email me what you know for sure. We may have to place pairs together or even split up groups if a room does not fill up.. If your room is not "full", check back later to see who all we have added. Thanks for your understanding *You cannot request rooms side by side (ie. we have no control over placing rooms near each other)
